By Road

From the East

Travel West on the M4, exit at Junction 21 (M48) (Follow signs for Chepstow).

 

Cross the Severn Bridge exit M48 at Junction 1 Chepstow, at the roundabout  take 3rd exit (A466), at the next roundabout take 3rd exit (A48) and follow town centre signs.

From the West
Travel East on the M4 exit at Junction 23 (M48) (Follow signs for Chepstow)

Exit M48 at Junction 2, at the Roundabout take the 1st exit (A466).  At next roundabout take 3rd exit (A48) and follow town centre signs.

From the North

Travel South on the M5, exit M5 at Junction 8 (M50). Continue on M50 until Junction 1, exit onto A40 signposted Monmouth. As you are approaching Monmouth continue on A40 until you reach traffic lights then Turn Left over bridge and follow signs for Chepstow (A466)

 

 

By Bus
Chepstow bus station is approximately a 5 minute walk from the town centre.

Chepstow railway station is approximately a 10 minute walk to the town centre.  Direct services operate from Gloucester and Cardiff, from London via Newport, and Bristol via Severn Tunnel Junction. Bristol Parkway is a 20 minute drive away.

Bristol Airport - approximately 30 miles.
Cardiff Airport - approximately 45 miles.

Chepstow can be reached by two main Sustrans routes Nos 4 and 42
